Abstract
Pigeonpea is one of the most important pulse supplying huge quantity of protein to the Indian population, in the form of splits (dal). Pigeonpea grain is first pretreated to loosen the seed coat from cotyledons since the seed coat is tightly held by means of gums and pectins.Downloads
