Abstract
The papaya (Carica Papaya, L.) is the most important, highly productive, delicious and nutritious fruit of India. The fruit is an excellent source of Vitamins and minerals. The influence of minerals on the keeping quality and post harvest physiological disorders is well reported in apples, pears and other temperate fruits but little is carried out in this aspect in papaya.Downloads
