Abstract
Adolescence is an important phase of growth, which means to grow or, to mature. The remarkable changes in physical growth during this phase are often assessed by anthropometric measurements. Socio-economic status of the family, type of family and literacy level of the family are also equally important to that of greatest nutritional need which coincides with the peak rate of growth during aaolescence growth spurt.Downloads
