Abstract
Food adulteration in India Includes both willful adulteration and substandard food which do not confirm to prescribe food standard. Rarely any food item is spared from malicious practice of food adulteration. According to a news article published in year 2002, The Times of India Hyderabad: "There might be iron filings in the sugar you use, including what is distributed through fair price shops all over the state".Downloads
