Jump To References Section
Abstract
Systems analysis, an integrated tool for decision making is no doubt invaluable. O. R. techniques used in management decision in the industry used to focus attention only on the immediate problems faced by the management. Often, the decision made is more in the nature of palliatives and does not help in fostering sustained growth of industry. A system approach takes the total view of the problem and instead of jumping forward from problem to solution, moves back to study the complex interacting forces of the environment within which the problem arises. Such an insight through systems analysis will help in solving the problems of industry in a sustained and lasting way.Downloads
