Abstract
The book, 'Compressed Food Bars' comprehensively collates the results of both government and industrial research on compressed food bars. Important processes like recovery of compressed dehyrated foods, the effect of compression on the texture of dehydrated vegetables, compression of freeze dried products and quality evaluation of the food bars are interpreted and explained which could form a sound background for understanding the concentrated food manufacture.Downloads
