Jump To References Section
Abstract
Energy is a basic nutritional requirement of man, who is a homeotherm and endotherm, with ability to produce and regulate heat. Heat production is a byproduct of his dynamic biochemical activity characterised by several chemical changes, mostly oxidations, through which energy from food is liberated and converted into mechanical work and heat.Downloads
