Choanal atresia is a rare congenital condition wherein there is unilateral or bilateral obstruction of posterior nasal passage. We report a case of bilateral choanal atresia in a two days old female presenting with chief complaints of respiratory distress since birth. Transnasal endoscopic surgery was used to obtain a patent airway.Downloads
