Abstract

The Council of the Institute meets four times a year. The Council Meetings may be routine a n d quickly forgotten but it is impotant that important decisions are attended to prioritywise a n d pursued bearing in mind that before we embark upon a very ambitious plan, we must make all efforts to strengthen our foundation.
