Abstract

An overview the algorithm of fusion of multispectral images, and a possibility of theirs usage in the monitoring the Earth’s surface. Procedure of image fusion is based on using morphological processing techniques by adding to the most informative image the projections of other images on form this image. Proposed algorithm allows increasing the informativity of images and more efficient use of remote sensing data for further processing and analysis.
